Exchange & Return Policy
REFUND POLICY:
PLEASE READ!! DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR ITEMS, WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS. WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE ANY INSURED ITEM THAT ARRIVES DAMAGED.
EXCHANGES:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange for damaged items.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be broken or defective. It must also be in the original packaging. PICTURES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR INSURANCE PURCHASES.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as bath and body products, and jewelry.

To complete your EXCHANGE, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES:
Once your damaged product is received verified and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your information and will replace you item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your item will be replaced.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1000 N. Green Valley Parkway 440 624 Henderson, NV 89074.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. This may also be affected by the holidays.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
